Vestrr will issue full refunds if the size, colour or brand described on Vestrr does not match the dress. If this occurs, please contact us and return the dress within 24 hours of receiving it. You must drop off the dress using the provided postage bag and paid express label and have it scanned at an Australia Post, or dropped off in a yellow postal box within 24 hours, otherwise Vestrr will assume the rental is proceeding. Vestrr will issue you a full refund of the Rental Fee including any shipping fees upon receiving the unworn dress. Please note that Vestrr is not liable if the dress arrives late, due to occurrences from Australia Post.
If your rental period has commenced and you have a change of mind or if the dress does not fit, please contact us and Vestrr will issue you a full refund of the Rental Fee less the Shipping fee if any, in a Credit Voucher. In this situation, you must return the dress via our office, by dropping it in a yellow postal box or have it scanned at an Australia Post within 24 hours, otherwise Vestrr will assume the rental is proceeding.
If your rental period has not begun and you have a change of mind and wish to cancel the order, please contact us and Vestrr will issue you a full refund of the Rental Fee, including the Shipping fee, in a Credit Voucher.
